Stephen H Leonard

Born in Miami Beach, Florida, Stephen earned a BSBA degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Florida in 1971. Working for a 'Big Eight' accounting firm in auditing and taxes, and later Waste Management, Inc. as a Group Controller for the Southeastern Region, he became aware of the vast opportunities in the real estate market in Florida. He became a licensed real estate salesman and instructor in 1978 and a licensed real estate broker in 1980, opening a brokerage office that same year in Ft Lauderdale, Florida.

Stephen, as principal investor, opened Impact Windows and Doors in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, which was active in the sales and installation of hurricane resistant window and door products from 2001-2020.

Stephen relocated to Vero Beach, Florida, with his wife and real estate partner Anggie Leon, in 2020 to start a new chapter in life while experiencing the unhurried, laid-back luxury lifestyle that gives Vero Beach its reputation as one of the most sought after locations in the US to own real estate. Stephen and Anggie are proud to be associated with Dale Sorensen Real Estate, Inc., the leading real estate brokerage firm on the Treasure Coast.
