Experience and expertise matter. Jennifer Dechtman is a top-producing agent with 18 years of experience selling luxury real estate. Jennifer sells homes all throughout Denver’s front range, with a particular expertise in the Lowry, Crestmoor, Hilltop and Cherry Creek as well as in Greenwood Village and Cherry Hills Village where she grew up. As a 4th generation Denverite, Jennifer loves to introduce newcomers to Denver, and is the founder of an award winning blog about Denver, “Denver I Love.” She and her mother Bobbi Lou Miller, have been recognized by the Denver Metro Board of Realtors (DMAR) as one of Denver’s top producing real estate teams year after year. Jennifer brings a strong negotiation and contracts background to her real estate profession from her prior career as an attorney. She graduated with honors from the University of Michigan and graduated Cum Laude from American University Law School in Washington, DC. As a leader in the Denver legal and political community, she served as a Vice President of the Denver Bar Association and on the Bar Association Board of Directors. While practicing law, Jennifer worked as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Colorado. In 2004, Jennifer embarked on a second career in real estate to allow more time with her growing family and community involvement. Jennifer is passionate about the Denver community and all it has to off er. She has served on many boards and committees for non-profit organizations in Denver. In 2010 she was honored with the Charlotte Tucker Young Leadership Award, recognizing her commitment to volunteer work for the community and for her philanthropy. Jennifer is a strong supporter of the arts and loves to connect others to the amazing performing arts, museums, galleries, and music venues in Denver. As an active community leader, Jennifer is always willing to roll up her sleeves and help make an im-pact. She served as President of the Denver Center Alliance at the Denver Center for Performing Arts and as President of the National Council of Jewish Women, two of Denver’s oldest non profit organizations supporting Denver’s Performing Arts and advocating for women, children and families. She also served as the Vice President of Strategy at the DCA/DCPA where she is a current board member and the 2022 chair of Hattitude, a celebrated community wide event supporting the Women’s Voices Fund at the DCPA.
