David Merenda

David Merenda is a real estate broker born and raised in Toronto, Canada and is a graduate of The Ontario Real Estate Association (OREA). Well-versed in English and Italian, David has traveled throughout Europe, Australia, North America and Latin America. Along with his negotiating, networking, and social skills, he has great knowledge in market shifts, cutting-edge architectural designs, property development, and building styles, trends, colors, and schemes.

David has been a licensed real estate broker in Toronto, Ontario since 1999 and has been in the sales force since 1995, giving him decades of experience. With his ability to communicate with all ages, David strives to keep on top of the popular trends to reach the younger market, all while keeping ties with generations of all ages. With a profound amount of experience and being involved in over hundreds of real estate sales transactions, he has seen many different economic cycles. With the multi-million dollar market in hand, he lists and sells in price ranges from $200,000 -$5,000,000 and up. 

David Merenda is also a real estate investor and developer. He has been involved in the real estate industry for over 25 years, carrying on a family legacy from his parents which started in the early 1970’s. He owns and has owned several properties of all types, including development lands, single family residential homes, multi-unit buildings, commercial units, farmland and luxury properties in the U.S., Canada and Italy. 

David has maintained multiple landlord and tenant relationships over his career, with an impeccable track record of successful business in the areas of single family tenancies, multi-family tenancies, commercial tenancies, land development and real estate sales. He has mastered the art of marketing in his area and has figured out quickly the ins and outs of the Southwest Florida market. 

David is fluent in both English and Italian. David is also a saxophone player and was a lifeguard in his teens. He is very active in his neighborhoods and communities, volunteering and donating his time and money to families in need and always ready to lend a helping hand. On a personal level, he maintains a healthy lifestyle, exercising his body and mind on a regular basis. He knows what it means to be part of a team, being reliable and what it means to be relied on. He comes from a very family oriented, close-knit family.
