Jose Nunez

Jose was born in the Dominican Republic but moved to Brooklyn with his mother in 1968. He grew up in Manhattan, attending public school and going on to earn a degree in Marketing and Computer Science from Manhattan College. Upon his graduation, he was immediately hired by IBM and gained experience as a salesperson working with large multinational companies for 12 years. He proceeded to join MCI and worked in telecommunications sales and management on a similar multinational scale before eventually entering the field of real estate. As a natural result of his earlier professional experience, Jose continues to work with a large number of international clients and U.N officials.Jose entered the real estate business at the urging of his wife, Aroza Sanjana. In 2005 she founded Atlantic Realty Partners and began her venture into new developments, which Jose became a part of in 2007. He has since managed developments in Brooklyn, Queens and Manhattan, attaining an impressive level of expertise in the business.When Jose and Aroza became the owners of Warren Lewis Realty, Jose became a valuable asset to the company, drawing on his past experience to provide advice and insight to colleagues and clients alike. Having grown up and worked in New York all his life, Jose also possesses a deep pool of personal knowledge of the city from which to draw, including his familiarity with the New York school systems.A family-oriented individual, Jose is a devoted husband and father to his two children, Lorenzo and Armando. He is also an avid golf, tennis and basketball player.
