In his tenure, Joe also participated as lead underwriter or syndicate member, in numerous initial public equity offerings on the NASDAQ and American stock exchanges through a firm he founded and operated as President.In approximately 2001, Joe entered the mortgage industry and was personally involved in the closing of hundreds on millions dollars in home loans as an originator, broker and then as a Branch Manager with Berkshire Financial Group where he managed 3 offices.
