Laura Kloth has built a reputation as an effective communicator, experienced marketer, and trusted real estate professional. Since first moving to Colorado Springs in 1996, Laura was drawn to real estate by her interest in renovating and restoring historic homes. What keeps her continually striving for excellence, though, is her strong commitment to achieving the best outcomes for her clients. After graduating from the United States Air Force Academy with a degree in Management, Laura obtained an MBA from Auburn University. She has worked as an intelligence officer while serving on active duty, traveled extensively, and lived in many parts of the country as an Air Force officer and military spouse. At each duty station, Laura stayed active in her community as a parent, volunteer, and advisory board member. She first obtained her real estate license in North Carolina, and since then she and her husband have renovated homes in several states. They recently restored and updated a Victorian home in the Old North End neighborhood, and intend to tackle a 1950’s mid-century ranch in the Kissing Camels neighborhood next. Her experience with vintage and historic homes has provided her with a keen understanding of the homes in the Old North End, Broadmoor, and Westside neighborhoods. Laura sincerely cares for each of her clients and believes service to them is of the utmost importance. Whether helping a seller successfully market a luxury home, assisting a first-time home buyer, locating or selling an investment property, or closing on a forever home, Laura prides herself on finding solutions to her clients’ needs. To give some context, we were on the market to buy a house during the insane real estate frenzy during COVID, AND located in an entirely different state with very little knowledge of the state that we were moving to. Hence, Laura essentially played roles that went beyond a realtor. She's not only extremely thorough and detail-oriented, but also extremely friendly- which does matter because she was excellent at keeping in touch with other realtors. In addition to tirelessly acting as our proxy to attend all the open houses or appointments for showings, she provided us with information regarding even the utility companies, various home-related installation information, schools, and just anything else you can think of that's not necessarily tied to the narrow boundaries of 'purchasing a home.' Even during this crazy market, we DID find a wonderful home and Laura had a huge part in making that happen!

Laura was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in the area. We bought an investment property in Colorado Springs and she was able to show us several off-market properties that met our criteria in addition to what was listed. She had lots of local knowledge and also researched the specifics I was looking for. We didn't feel pressured to go above our budget (which has happened to me before) and she found lots of great options. She stayed closely involved through the purchase-all the way down to helping us with our baby at closing! I've had good agents before; but this was a way better experience than any others and I'm very happy with the investment.
Laura was wonderfully attentive to what my fiancée and myself were looking for in a home and within the time frame that I wanted to move in.
