Karyn Capozzo

A Naples native and a graduate of the University of Florida, Karyn has worked in the Naples luxury real estate market for the past 7 years. Karyn is extremely well versed in new construction and holds the distinction of top salesperson in her previous role as a new home sales professional at a local luxury community.

Hailing from a family of builders, her love of helping others combined with her innate knowledge of the home construction world contributed to her interest in the industry and laid the groundwork for Karyn’s eventual career in real estate.

Previously, Karyn was a Registered Dietitian with her own private practice. After a distinguished career including an internship at Cornell Medical Center in New York, Karyn decided to transition back to her roots and pursue a role in Naples luxury real estate.

Karyn is a strong believer in giving back to her community. A board member for the Friends of Rookery Bay, she chaired their main fund raiser, “The Bash on the Bay” for 2 years in a row. Karyn continues her charitable work with the foundation and adopts a turtle nest every year.

Karyn has been married for 15 years to her beloved husband, Len. In her spare time she enjoys running, boating and spending time with her family here in Naples. Her passion is to share all that beautiful Naples has to offer with clients looking to live the Naples dream lifestyle!
