Stephanie Marchan

Stephanie Marchan is a licensed real estate salesperson with several years of experience working with a multitude of buyers and sellers, from residential to investors. Stephanie has a deep understanding of the industry and is committed to helping clients achieve their lifestyle goals.
In 2022, Stephanie received the prestigious Rookie of the Year award, recognizing her outstanding achievements and contributions to the industry. Prior to her career in real estate, Stephanie graduated from Farmingdale State College and worked as a registered dental hygienist from 2001 to 2020, practicing in both general and pediatric offices. Being a dental hygienist for 19 years made Stephanie an excellent, patient, and anticipatory communicator. She is able to keep her clients calm during stressful times and keep them focused on their end result.
Aside from her real estate career, Stephanie is an active member of various organizations committed to community service and cultural experiences. She is a member of the National Charity League, a mother-daughter philanthropic organization, as well as the Property Owners’ Association of Garden City Estates, the Daniel Gale Foundation Advisory Board, and the Garden City Historical Society. Stephanie also enjoys spending time with her family on the beach, traveling, and cooking for family and friends.

As a third-generation resident of Garden City, Stephanie has a deep connection with the village's history and surrounding areas of Long Island. She is detail-oriented, has a strong work ethic, is loyal, goal-driven, and always keeps a positive mindset, which makes her stand out as a realtor.
