Scott Wadsworth

Scott Wadsworth has been enveloped in the real estate industry for most of his life. First maintaining property, managing property and then he obtained his Real Estate license in 1997. Along the way, Scott received his broker licenses in both California and Nevada. Scott attended UCLA and graduated from Mira Costa College. He furthered his education by receiving his GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute). The Housing market is in his DNA as his father was a major developer in Bel Air, Santa Barbara, Palm Springs and Bakersfield. This has given Scott distinctive insights to the ever-changing markets over the years. Scott is an Army veteran who proudly served for four years. His time serving has attributed to his complete dedication and determination to assist others as these are substantial qualities he brings to the table when accommodating buyers or sellers. Scott has in the past owned two businesses, a home service company and a carpet restoration company which has also provided insider knowledge that is very beneficial when discussing properties. Scott has been in Lake Tahoe for over ten years and is very knowledgeable of the region. He is a lover of all sports, especially the California teams, and has participated in baseball, football, track and golf. He proudly was a nationally ranked tennis player in his youth and was an Olympic tryout for the American soccer team. Scott also belonged to the California Yacht Club for sailing in Marina Del Rey. When Scott has the time you can find him in the summer 4-wheeling, camping, fishing and playing golf and in the winters on the slopes skiing along with his wife Ginny.
