Maureen (Mo) Lathrop

Maureen “Mo” Lathrop and Joe Alvine are a husband and wife Breckenridge-based real estate team. With their combined 10+ years of market experience, Maureen and Joe have learned that customer satisfaction is key, whether their clients are first time home owners or seasoned buyers and sellers. They pride themselves on ensuring their clients' needs are met in an often complex and fast-paced industry. Their team approach is to cover all aspects of the buying and selling process in order to bring each transaction to a smooth, successful close. Both Maureen and Joe have diverse backgrounds that allow them to effortlessly navigate through the space. Not only have they lived in Summit County for several years, but Maureen’s law degree and Joe’s experience as a ski instructor, and later manager, at Vail Resorts arm them with the resources, skills and knowledge to guide their clients through the buying and selling process. They also offer expertise in business contracts, negotiations, and pre construction sales. Maureen and Joe have lived in the plains of Nebraska and on the beaches of Mexico, but nothing compares to their adoration for Summit County, with all of its natural beauty and year-round recreation. When they’re not working, they are spending their free time in the great outdoors doing any number of activities that Summit County has to offer, or they’re honing their culinary skills in the kitchen of their Frisco home, which they share with their ten-year-old rescue dog, Bernie.
