We couldn't have asked for more trustworthy, knowledgeable, and capable help finding a home. Negar and Jean-Marc knew the market at an incredible level of detail and history, and had trusted relationships with every other realtor in town that they used (with integrity) to help us in our search - so much so that ultimately we were able to purchase a home before it even hit the open market. We just finalized the purchase of the perfect condo for our family in Park City and we cannot thank Negar and Jean-Marc enough for making it happen. We live in Mexico City and have been skiing at Park City for at least 15 years. This spring, during our latest trip, we decided we are ready for a full time property as our base for a gradual transition back to the US. This market was as hard as it gets, and it took a series of failed offers until we finally got exactly what we wanted, just as Negar always promised we would.
