Andrew Salamone

Andrew Salamone has been an agent and a broker for over 20 years and specializes in luxury and investment property from Downtown St. Petersburg to the Gulf Beaches, along the coast from Sarasota to Clearwater Beach, and throughout the Tampa Bay Area.

A third generation Realtor, Andrew has been in real estate in one form or another for most of his life. He works with his team, The Salamone Group at Compass, who share over 100 years of experience between them and have extensive expertise in waterfront property (both beachfront and boating), luxury condominiums, 2nd homes, and vacation property.

Besides having been licensed in Florida for over 20 years, Andrew has been a licensed broker in California since 2008.

In addition to representing the LRE Board of Regents for the Tampa Bay Area, Andrew is also a member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, a holder of the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist designation, and a member of the Million Dollar Guild®, recognition of which is awarded to CLHMS members with documented qualifying
sales at the million-dollar-plus level.

The Salamone Group at Compass has headquarters on the island of Tierra Verde at the mouth of Tampa Bay, with additional offices in Downtown St. Petersburg and Tampa Midtown.
