While finding an agent isn't very difficult, finding one with a range of skills to help buy and sell your property isn't. It was very easy to trust Sarah to stage, market, and show our properties in a way that was responsible and respectful to our family. And the results show: staging our condo  with Sarah resulted in an over-ask sell in 45 minutes. In addition, the pictures and marketing of our single-family home resulted in a sell in 6 days. There is no finer agent and team in Atlanta.

Sarah and her team were extraordinary. Sarah is a great listener, a great strategist and exceptionally proactive. She has a deep understanding of the marketplace and keeps you informed of its performance ongoing. She is masterful in staging a home to attract what buyers are seeking. We met Sarah Chatel completely by happenstance - newly married and just starting the home search process. We had no expectations. In our first meeting, Sarah took the time to sit down with us and get to know our stories. This was so important in the home buying process - we wanted to truly meld our lives, desires, and cultures together for a home perfect for us. It was not an easy task. Sarah was patient with us, gave good counsel and advice, and showed us as many houses as we wanted to see. We often joked that she was our marriage counselor as well! When we found the house we wanted (finally!), Sarah was our biggest advocate and navigated us through the process expertly. She is a hustler in the BEST way. Her motor never stops and she always tries to guide clients to their needs and desires. There aren’t enough words to describe how much we appreciate, love and respect her. Home buying is an intimate process and she has earned our trust and respect.

Sarah and Lisa were both incredible to work with. I was not planning to sell my condo and buy a new home this year, but when market conditions made that seem like a good idea, Sarah provided quick feedback and helped make the process smooth, fast, and easy. It's been quite the year for all of us, but Sarah and Lisa made my home selling and buying process about as low stress as it could possibly be! I could not be more excited about this transition (and my new backyard!) or more grateful for the incredibly responsive, transparent, and flexible team I had the pleasure of working with.

I interviewed 3 experienced realtors and they all sent me comps and said they would drive by the house to take a look. Sarah was the only one who actually drove by the house and more accurately selected appropriate comps for estimating our listing price. I was a little nervous listing at this price but went on with it and the house, which needed extensive renovations, sold quickly.

Sarah sold our house in six days! Our Open House resulted in four offers. She worked with us to get our house ready to put on the market within one week after we decided to sell. Sarah is extremely patient and understands the challenges and emotions selling your home can bring. She communicated with us regularly to keep us informed from the day we signed with her to the day we moved.
