Kacey Carson

Kacey Keogh Carson has worked in the Denver home building market for 8+ years as a designer on both new builds and fix-and-flip renovations. Working as both an agent and a designer fulfills her passion for real estate and investment properties, and takes away any worries her clients might have with updates to their new dream home. She loves working with her clients to help turn a house into their HOME, treating each and every one like family. As a Colorado native, Kacey has an intimate knowledge of Denver's neighborhoods and has seen many transitions in the Colorado real estate market. Hard work and integrity are what she prides herself on, stopping at nothing to get her clients exactly what they want, and is very excited to have joined the Liv Sotheby’s team. When Kacey isn't helping her clients make smart moves and investments, you'll likely find her exploring the University Park neighborhood with her fiancé Royal and their three dogs Ella (chocolate lab), Jax (golden retriever) and Millie (Bernese mountain dog). She is also an avid skier, loves cheering on her beloved CU Buffs at a football game and designing overlanding vehicles.
