Susan Rosa

Born and raised in Puerto Rico with a passion for the island's distinctive architecture and
design, Susan Rosa brings more than 8 years of sales experience and a reputation for honesty,
trustworthiness and superior negotiating skills.
Originally from the town of Luquillo, known as a tourist destination for its beautiful beaches
and surf, Susan decided to work in the Hospitality Industry where she was selected to be part
of the opening team for The St. Regis Bahia Beach hotel, a 5 star 5 Diamond hotel located in
Rio Grande. This experience helped her leverage her extensive global network and mastery of
the island's most desirable neighborhoods.
When Susan is not hosting an open house or searching for the perfect property for her client,
she enjoys exercising, relaxing by the beach and reading.
