I am writing to share my extreme satisfaction with my agent Jennifer Cosgrove, who represented me in both the purchase of my new home in Willow Glen and the sale of my existing home in Los Altos. The home I was interested in purchasing was a new build and already on the market prior to even listing my home for sale, so I needed to write a contingent offer – first contingent offer ever accepted by the builder TJ Homes. Jennifer represented me in the most thoughtful and professional manner. She provided an extensive market analysis for my Los Altos home. It was due to Jennifer’s stellar reputation and relationships she has developed professionally with agents in Los Altos that she was able to obtain details of these pending transactions, including number of offers, terms and accepted offer price info. This was extremely helpful in establishing a list price of my home for maximum interest and competitive offers. I had full confidence in Jennifer’s recommendations due to her diligence in her market analysis. She worked quickly to schedule all of the necessary inspections, a professional licensed handyman to take care of a long list of items found in the inspections. She then scheduled staging and photography, and my home was live on the MLS within hours. Jennifer was a masterful negotiator with professional integrity. Within 48 hours of my listing becoming active, Jennifer had received an offer 10% over list price, non-contingent and included a free rent-back for 45 days which allowed me to avoid a double move and short-term rental expense! My initial meeting with Jennifer was on March 6th, and I accepted the winning offer at noon on March 22nd. With the number of inspections, repair work, professional photography, cleaning and staging that need to take place prior to listing my home, this is an astoundingly quick turnaround. I can’t imagine how these transactions could have gone any better. The level of professionalism and integrity Jennifer exhibited has been exceptional. She communicated with me regularly throughout the transactions and kept me abreast of all the important milestones. • I’m very late in writing this review have done this much sooner but here goes. I worked with Jennifer twice before as a buyer but this time was as a seller. I decided this past January to sell my San Jose home & move to Austin. I have friends who are realtors but there was no doubt in my mind I wanted to work with Jennifer again She knows me & knows how I think but as important, she knows what she’s doing & totally understands the market. After the inspections, staging, photo/video shoot, etc were done we listed the house in mid-February & in no time had 2 offers. After some back & forth I accepted an offer & was waiting for contingencies to be removed than shelter in place hit & house inspections were not getting done so I could almost see the deal fall apart. For a first time home buyer Like us(Me &my husband) and someone that worries about things even when there is nothing to worry about, our mind was always at ease working with Jennifer and she made our first time home buying process a joy.

She was incredibly professional and helpful, pointing out potential issues with houses we never would have considered. When a routine radon test came back with unfavorable results on the house we wanted, Mindy jumped in with us to educate ourselves on the issue and to modify our offer so the problem was addressed(The seller agreed to do few repairs for us ,spending from his pockets). She did not stop there ,she was with us until all inspections were done and she was such a great support to us.
We can never forget the day she handed over the key to us , she had champagne and decorated our house with balloons and took pictures with us ,she made our day and shared the happiness with us.
Jennifer went above and beyond what we expected from an agent and had been a good friend, guide, well-wisher, family member and we would 100% recommend her to anyone that is looking for a home.
