Our Agent Kerry Tarigo, was so amazing. We knew what we wanted yet we had some limitations. I would guess we looked at over a dozen locations. With each house that we visited Kerry was able to hone in on what was important to us. She had so much patience with us, she was ALWAYS available to meet with us and to go look at different homes. There were several we made offers on - however, once we had the inspection reports we knew it was not a good fit. Then she sent us a link that had only been available for a few hours - it was the PERFECT match - we offered and it became our forever home for our retirement. What sealed the deal was the letter that she encouraged us to attach with our offer - awesome suggestion. We are now in our new home, fixing it up as we want and I have just enough outdoor space to plant flowers and give it that touch that says this is our home. WE are able to set up our art Studio in the basement (such a bonus), plant flowers outside, and have met some of the most friendly and inviting neighbors (including dog owners - which we are as well). We give Kerry an A!!
