Young Seon Myong

Young Seon joined David Lyng Real Estate as a top producing REALTOR® with 33 years’ of experience in both residential and commercial on the Monterey Peninsula. She is extremely knowledgeable of the current market and understands real estate is more than a business; it is about helping clients realize their dreams. Young Seon takes every transaction to heart and completes each one as though it were her own personal purchase or sale. Young Seon’s vast experience has sharpened and broadened her skills in real estate sales, commercial, business opportunities, market analysis, negotiating skills, and the ability to work with clients from all walks of life.

Young Seon is community-minded, serving on multiple community organizations. She is currently a Rotarian with the Carmel-by-the-Sea Club, a member of Women’s Council Realtor, Knights of Vine International and a Board Director to the Bay Area Korean American Realtor and Lender Association. She has been a Planning Commissioner and Chair with the City of Marina and is a certified interpreter for the court system and an International translation. Young Seon is fluent in both English and Korean.
Young Seon has lived on the Monterey Peninsula for over 41 years and currently lives in Carmel with her mini Yorkie. She is a mother to two daughters, one son and has two grandchildren.
