Todd Francis

Having lived in Park City and been a part of the local community for over 30 years, Todd Francis is a true “Parkite” at heart. He has contributed to the change and growth the town has experienced throughout the years making it what it is today. Having deep roots in the area and a vast knowledge of the local neighborhoods, private communities and ski resorts in the area are among some of the reasons he excels at finding and securing his clients’ dream homes, setting him apart from other sales agents in the industry.

Todd always recognized Summit Sotheby's International Realty as the premier brokerage in Utah, so when he was approached and asked to join their firm and work with the team at Powder Mountain (his favorite Utah ski resort), the choice was easy. The support network, vast resources, and the team that keeps the brokerage running are his favorite things about being an agent with Summit Sotheby’s International Realty, a full-service brokerage serving the entire state of Utah, and the state’s only brokerage with an award-winning, in-house marketing/ad agency.

Todd was born in Southern California, but grew up in Park City after his family moved to the area when he was six. Todd was fortunate enough to spend his formative years experiencing the quintessential Park City childhood. Growing up in the mountains kept him busy with activities such as skiing, baseball, basketball, football and golf. Eventually, enticed by the sunny beaches and warm weather of Southern California, Todd left Utah to attend Palomar College in San Diego. Although he was tempted to stay, the beautiful mountains of his home state kept calling and Todd ultimately transferred to the University of Utah to finish out his college years. This was the proof Todd needed that home is where you make it, not simply where you are born.

His passion for connecting with people eventually led him to the mortgage industry. He loved helping people through the lending process, and from there real estate was a natural transition, where he could make a greater impact in the lives of his clients. When he isn’t helping to fulfill his clients’ dreams, you can find Todd in Utah’s outdoor playground skiing, golfing, hiking, trail running, mountain biking and playing tennis. He also has a passion for travel; surfing and visiting the ocean is one of the many things that fills Todd’s cup. One trip to the beach always leaves him invigorated and ready to take on whatever life throws at him next.

If Todd were to choose a dream client, it would be someone who is buying their first mountain home. The mountains have brought him many great memories from a young age, so when he sees a new family moving to the Park City area, it brings back the emotions he had when he first moved here all those years ago. He loves living vicariously through his clients who are experiencing Utah for the first time. Todd specializes in residential homes and loves selling properties at Powder Mountain because of its incredible community and the on-mountain amenities and benefits unique to the area.
