Eric James Chesser

Eric James Chesser, is a rising agent in the real estate industry. Eric James has called Southwest Florida home since 2012. He focuses his expertise on luxury residential and waterfront properties, including condominiums, beachfront, new construction homes, and golf course communities throughout Southwest Florida. Eric James has a hard work ethic, solid knowledge of market conditions, very proactive in developing and managing marketing campaigns, and strives to make the most for his clients. Eric James is originally from the Chicagoland area. Eric’s family took many trips growing up to Naples, Marco Island, and Bonita Springs. This led him to pursue his legal education at Ave Maria School of Law located in the Vineyards in Naples, Florida. He is a licensed attorney in the state of Illinois.

Eric James has a strong passion for his real estate career. He also enjoys boating, music, and sports. “Southwest Florida has been home to my family and I for many years.
