Kathryn West has been a distinguished resident of Richmond for over 25 years, currently residing in Henrico County near the University of Richmond.

With two decades of experience in banking, Kathryn brings a wealth of financial expertise to her real estate practice, specializing in luxury properties. She has earned prestigious designations, including the Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), Sellers Representative Specialist (SRS), and Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES).

In her first year as a real estate agent, Kathryn quickly rose to prominence, qualifying for the exclusive Silver Team, Executive Club. Her continued excellence in the field has elevated her to Gold Team, President’s Club status, and the Top Rising Star award.

Kathryn holds a BA from Randolph-Macon Women’s College and an MBA from the University of Richmond. In addition to her professional achievements, she is a dedicated member of the Richmond community, serving on the Advisory Board of Capital Trees, the Mission Committee at St. James’s Episcopal Church, and the James River Garden Club Executive Committee. Kathryn also devotes her time to fostering puppies and kittens for the Richmond SPCA.
