Mary Frediani

Mary Frediani is a Richmond native who graduated from St. Catherine’s School and Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee. After a successful 11 year career in the financial services industry in New York City, she and her family moved overseas for 21 years. She is fortunate to have lived in Asia, Italy, and 13 years in London, England prior to her return to Richmond in 2008 with her husband and three children.

Through her extensive travel, work, and living experiences Mary has had a long-term interest in the arts, culture, architecture, and real estate.

She works exceedingly well with clients and is known for her discretion, integrity, and listening skills. She is adept at building connections and utilizing a strong network of resources. She has shown these strengths in real estate refurbishment projects, art, and decorating in London, England, and brings these same skills to assisting clients in the Richmond real estate market. She understands through personal relocation experiences, the importance of anticipating all details and of smooth and seamless transactions.

Mary is very active in the Richmond community, serving on the Boards of the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts and Westminster Canterbury, as well as involved with a number of other organizations such as The Women’s Club, James River Garden Club, and the Garden Club of America. She is a prior Board member of the Virginia Repertory Theatre as well as The Madeira School in McLean, Virginia. She enjoys art, history, gardening, and travel.
