Learning the trade first-hand while going to school, playing sports and working part-time, Annie learned from a young age the importance of hard work, time-management, and confidence in herself and her ability. Having always loved properties, the potential growth in homeownership, and the ability to connect her clients with their dream homes, today Annie has grown into an established agent who specializes in the representation of exclusive residential and investment real estate.
With 20 years of real estate experience, Annie has exceptional market knowledge and perspective to offer her clients. Having grown up in a family of real estate investors and high-producing Brokers, Annie is always in tune with the pulse of the local market, and current and upcoming trends in real estate. Schooled after years in the family business, she practices the importance of confidentiality, open and honest communication, and clear negotiating skills in order to achieve her clients’ needs. Although originally from the Midwest, Annie has lived and practiced real estate in Southern California, Santa Barbara, Austin, and most recently Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, where she sold real estate for eight years. She was named “Rookie of the Year”, a Top Luxury Beachfront Specialist, and a repeated Quarterly Sales Volume earner. Annie has lived and worked in Park City since 2015.

Annie and her family’s move to the mountains has proven that real estate and a vacation lifestyle really are the best combinations - no matter the location. From the warm beaches of Mexico to the ski slopes of northern Utah, Annie feels incredibly lucky to raise her two sons, 14 and 16 in the Wasatch Back. Annie champions two causes within the Park City School District, Foreign Language and Park City Education Fundraising, and is proud of the fact that both her boys are bi-lingual. In her five years of involvement, Annie has raised over $275,000 for Park City Public Schools. When she’s not selling real estate, you can find Annie enjoying Utah’s great outdoors - golfing, skiing, and hiking, volunteering at local events, and attending the many festivals to be found in the mountains in and around Park City.
