Christophe has been working in the New York City real estate market since 1999. He has seen the market evolve over the years, always presenting dynamic opportunities to match clients with properties across the city. Christophe’s experience in high volume, short-term rentals developed his skills and insight to serve clients on both sides of real estate deals. Working closely with a diversity of international and corporate clients provided a rich lens to see the value and appeal of New York’s neighborhoods.

Born and raised in the South of France, Christophe understands the Big Apple’s magnetic charms. His enthusiasm, positivity and sense of curiosity make Christophe an ideal partner for his clients. He knows there is “a pot for every lid” and embraces the challenge of each relationship and property search. He is a natural marketer and problem solver. His dedication to customer service, consistent communication and timely follow-through have built a devoted client base whose online recommendations can be found on Google, Trip Advisor and Yelp. Christophe’s local perspective has been featured in Guide du Routard, France’s most popular international travel guide. He has also been interviewed by several French news and radio outlets.

Christophe holds a double Master’s degree in English Language and French Pedagogy from Université Paul Valéry in Montpellier, France. He moved to Forest Hills in 1998, having been drawn to “the best little village in Queens” for its European flavor. Christophe is a great cook, enjoys the Forest Hills farmer’s market, working out, biking around town and hiking with his dogs in the nature of Forest Park. Christophe has hosted his many nieces and nephews throughout the years. He believes the rich and diverse cultural experiences of Queens are ideal to share with children to expand their horizons.
