Connie Snowdon

Connie obtained her real estate license immediately after high school and launched her career selling homes in the exclusive areas of Saratoga and Los Gatos. Later she returned to school, earning her law degree and an MBA from Santa Clara University. She then spent 8 years as a licensed attorney practicing real estate, business and bankruptcy law and teaching business law courses at Sierra College and Lincoln Law School. In 1990 she obtained her real estate broker’s license and returned to her passion of selling real estate full time. Her legal background and MBA education proved to be invaluable in developing a strong skill set for negotiating contracts, navigating complex governmental and agency regulations and working
through detailed escrow financial data. For the past 25+ years Connie has been successfully listing and selling properties in exclusive luxury and resort markets, including Saratoga, Los Gatos, North Lake Tahoe, Granite Bay, Carmel and Pebble Beach. Connie’s business is built on a long history of referrals from satisfied and trusting clients. She believes in the highest moral code of ethics, and strives to maintain professionalism, courtesy and integrity in all of her endeavors. She is perceptive and
empathetic to her clients’ needs, and is a strong, but reasonable advocate for her client’s position. At the same time, her fun loving spirit and approachable demeanor serve to bring all parties together to find
mutually beneficial solutions which lead to smooth closings.

Connie is an animal lover and an avid advocate of animal welfare. She is a longtime supporter of the SPCA, POMDR and a member of REBSEA, a social enterprising group of real estate professionals committed to donating to non-pro t organizations.
