Lisa Turchiarelli

Lisa Turchiarelli brings over 20 years of luxury rental and real estate experience to the Coldwell Banker Mason Morse team. Utilizing her combination of rental and sales experience helps make Lisa the ideal broker to determine what makes a solid investment property, second home, or full-time residence. Couple that with her determination and drive, you get a broker that will work tirelessly to find properties that fit her client’s needs perfectly.

At the age of 29, Lisa built her current Aspen residence. She also has experience in owning and renovating investment property in the Roaring Fork Valley. Through these experiences, Lisa has acquired the ability to navigate through the entire building process, identify positive resale potential in properties, and has maintained close relationships with interior designers, architects, and contractors.

Lisa began her career with a local boutique-style Aspen real estate firm in which she built a thriving rental division participating in over 150 rental transactions per year. Cultivating life-long friendships with her clients, Lisa has not only watched their families grow but has been able to expose them to all she loves about Aspen and the surrounding areas. This has translated into a successful sales career including three closings in which the sales price exceeded $10 million.

A loving and committed mother to Lily Snow and Tanner, Lisa serves on the board of The Aspen Skating Club and along with her husband Jeremy, is a generous donor to Challenge Aspen, the Buddy Program, and Wilderness Workshop. Lisa is originally from Buffalo, New York where she attended The Nichols School. She received a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies and studied at both Hartwick College and SUNY at Buffalo.

When not helping clients realize their dreams Lisa lives her own by hiking, mountain biking, running, and telemark skiing in the natural beauty of the Aspen area.
