I am mom to three awesome kids and wife to my amazing husband. I LOVE the water and enjoy staying active, love marketing, inspirational books and participating with my church family.

I grew up in a small farming community in Colorado where I was actively involved in the community as a business entrepreneur. This included owning a Radio Shack Franchise, owning a Travel Agency, chamber director and working in Economic Development for both Phillips County and the State of Colorado, as well as serving the Governor on the Women's Economic Development Council and finally selling real estate. Being in a small town, I had the pleasure and experience of selling a variety of properties including residential, commercial, vacant lots, farm ground and even airport hangers. Plus, my husband and I enjoyed fixing and flipping homes. Small town life helped me be a people person. I love to wave as I drive by and am a big believer in your word and handshake are a sign of your integrity. In 2003, we moved to the front range of Colorado. While there I successfully managed a real estate office as the broker. Additionally, I worked with a home builder and experienced the joy of helping my customers build their dream homes.

Our love of the water, sun and sand led our family to do something totally different. In 2006, we moved to Florida and successfully owned and grew a pressure cleaning company which we sold in January of 2013. After the sale, I decided I missed real estate. Since our family loves a challenge we decided to try living on a boat (a 52' motor yacht) in a marina and truly experience "water life" while searching for our next dream home. Since my husband is a Captain, this allows me to show homes easily on water and/or by land. Due to being on the water all the time, I am very familiar with all the islands and canals including the amenities they have to offer. I love sharing my knowledge and touring the waters and peninsula with our new friends and clients.

So, now I am truly a Flip Flop CEO in so many ways. I get to share my love of real estate and the water, while helping others find their dream home.
