It would be easy to just put 5 stars and briefly say ‘awesome experience’, bit it would be reductive, although that would pretty much sum it up.
I think that Chris’ professionalism, commitment and personable approach made my buying experience quite special.
Chris has an uncommon previous top level executive experience that affords her highly unique insight into her tasks. She is extremely upfront with clients and, while this is her business, she would not for her style nor for her needs instill any sense of urge to the buyer. Her assessment are thoroughly analytical and dispassionate and with this mode of operation, though not without enthusiasm, she will guide you every step of the way from searching to closing and beyond.
She has a very special perspective and knowledge of the area and the market, from individual contractors to financing, HoA and legal intricacies, and she is not afraid nor too busy to explain them in detail. Her communication skills are on a level I rarely experienced before, and I deal with communication skills (or lack thereof) on a daily basis.
She deals with multi-mullion transaction regularly, but treats her clients with the same affability, availability and obsession for details regardless of their budget.
I have friends who work in real estate whom I trust and respect, but would choose her for her superior competence, ethics and attitude.
Not only she did her part, but she truly stepped up to the role of supreme coordinator of the deal and made things happen and stick to a strict schedule.
When I saw that my realtor was working at Sotheby’s I was expecting quality, but after my experience I believe Sotheby’s itself should advertise that is working with HER, rather than the other way around.
I would recommend her to friends and family as a stellar professional who just chose real estate to be her field, but who could be highly accomplished and effective in any endeavor she would choose.

I am delighted to write this review for Chris Simons, an exceptional real estate agent in Park City, Utah. Chris recently helped me purchase an amazing townhouse, and I could not be more thrilled with the experience.
From the very beginning, Chris demonstrated a deep understanding of the Park City real estate market and a commitment to finding me the perfect property. She was attentive, responsive, and always went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was taken care of throughout the entire process.
One of the things I appreciated most about Chris was her ability to listen to my needs and preferences, and then tailor her recommendations accordingly. She was never pushy or aggressive, and instead always acted in my best interest.

Chris Simons was our agent for both the purchase of a condo in Park City and the sale of that same condo about 30 months later. For both the purchase and the sale we could not have imagined a better service from Chris from start to finish.

Chris is the type of professional who fully engages in each project and each client and who does that very proactively. We had questions (that were always answered completely and promptly) but we never once had to ask her to do something. Instead, Chris was alway out in front of the process, anticipating possible problems or needs and insuring they were addressed in a timely manner. Since we live out of state, we were totally dependent on her every step of the way and we were 110% pleased with her support.

As one example of her engagement and experience for the sale of our condo in Park City, based on her market research and knowledge, she recommended a listing price that was notably above the asking price that we suggested and which we thought would be a stretch. We agreed to list our property at the price she recommended and it sold essentially for that amount. That is just solid market knowledge and effective research applied for our benefit.

As another example, for the sale, she personally enhanced the property using some of her own staging items of decoration, cleaned a few items that the cleaning crew missed, arranged to get a couple of items repaired and generally insured the place put its best foot forward. That sort of support comes from her commitment to exceptional service and her self-driven engagement, not from anything we requested.

We cannot recommend Chris highly enough. Simply put, if you want an agent who is extremely experienced and also provides incredibly proactive support from the initial market research to the last closing document (and who doesn't?) Chris is your choice whether you are a buyer or a seller. You will not be disappointed in any respect.

Chris did a tremendous job helping us with a recent vacant land transaction (our 2nd with her). We live out of state and Chris' communication was tremendous. We made an instant connection with Chris Simons and she immediately understood our requirements, and made several recommendations of target areas for our budget. We looked at a few houses, but quickly found the house that met our needs.

Chris was instrumental in the purchase of our home. Being new to the US, we were unfamiliar with the process of buying a home, getting a mortgage, making the offer, etc. She walked us through the process, and helped identify the right inspectors, lenders etc so that we could purchase the home. She is an excellent negotiator, and very thorough in making sure we understood each step of the process. We have purchased many homes in the past, and I've never worked with a realtor more dedicated to making sure our interests were represented, and that we fully understood each step. In addition, she's just a lovely person. Super friendly, and likes to keep in touch with her clients. We enjoyed our time working with her and the friendship we built, and she will be our first call when we decide to move on in the future.
