Long-time REALTOR® Lynda Murphy has one motto in life: “The only risk in life is not taking one.” And she has lived her motto since her teen years.
At the young age of 18, immediately after graduating high school, Lynda was accepted to college in Hawaii. She left the mainland on her own to begin her life’s adventures. While in Honolulu, Lynda worked for a high-end real estate agent, who eventually became her mentor. After moving back to the mainland, Lynda became a licensed REALTOR® in both New Hampshire and Vermont. Now, 38 years later, Lynda is a highly successful sales agent specializing in Sebastian, Florida gated communities, namely Collier Club and Reflections on the River.
Lynda’s success comes in part because of her positive, motivated attitude and attention to detail. “I believe that immediate follow-up and attention to every issue is critical,” Lynda says. “My customers know that they can count on me to respond when they call and to give them the attention they deserve. Whether they’re looking for a new home or needing help selling their existing property, I work very hard to make sure they have a stress-free and successful real estate experience.”
Lynda is a globetrotter and has visited more than a dozen countries and territories, including Greece, Italy, Germany, Bavaria, Austria, Switzerland, Tonga, Samoa and Haiti. She also enjoys reading, cycling and spending time with her two grown children and grandchildren.
