Bill DeLong

With being a 3rd generation realtor Bill's path toward helping people find the perfect property for over 28 years seems to be his destiny.

After receiving a BS in Economics from the University of Utah in 1992 he moved back east and started his Real Estate career in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire selling high end vacation homes on the shorelines of Lake Winnipesakee. Bill quickly accelerated to being named the 1998 top selling agent in the Lakes Region Board of Realtors. After these accomplishments Bill found Utah was calling him back, as he couldn't resist the deep snowy winters, and beautiful summers. Again, helping people find the perfect property was what he wanted to do, and the Park City area seemed like the place to do this.

In 2000 Bill found himself living his dream selling property in Park City, Utah. While selling single-family homes for Fieldstone Homes Sun Meadow development Bill helped take that community which was struggling for sales, to one of the most sought after neighborhoods in the Park City area. While Bill managed all angles of the sales process, sales increased exponentially and the development sold out of it’s nearly 200 homes close to two years ahead of schedule.

With playing on the University of Utah golf team, golf has always been one of Bill's favorite activities so it was not a surprise to find Bill moving on to selling properties for several high end private golf course communities in the Intermountain West. Among these were the communities of Tuhaye with the Talisker Club in Park City, Utah, Huntsman Springs in Driggs, Idaho, and The Whitetail Club in McCall, Idaho.

All of Bill's diverse real estate experiences are an invaluable asset toward rounding out his successful Real Estate career and his continued drive towards simply helping people the best he can. Bill sums it up with words his grandfather and father passed along to him for success in real estate and in life, which was simple. "treat people as you would like to be treated, work hard, and of course play hard".
