Denise Bremer brings years of work and life experience to her position as Marketing and Transaction Coordinator for the Overall & Hamilton Group. She takes pride in her personal and professional communication skills and her ability to successfully negotiate difficult transactions. Integrity and honesty are at the core of all she does.
Before moving to Lake Tahoe in 2008, Denise was a firefighter / lieutenant on Wisconsin’s Sister Bay Liberty Grove Fire Department for 10 years, where she developed her capacity to problem solve, empathize and stay calm under pressure. She applied these characteristics to the development of her successful property management company, where she provided luxury-minded clientele professional service with a personal touch.
In Lake Tahoe, Denise transitioned from property management to real estate, joining Sierra Sotheby’s International Realty. For the past five years, she worked as a transaction and marketing coordinator, bringing attention to detail and organizational skills to every aspect of the transaction and marketing process.
Alongside her professional work, Denise serves her community by sitting on the Board of Directors of the North Lake Tahoe Fire Protection District and by volunteering for organizations, including Project Mana, the local Humane Society and the American Red Cross.
An avid skier and outdoor enthusiast, Denise enjoys spending her free time exploring the beauty of Tahoe by biking, hiking and snowshoeing.
In addition to her role with the Overall & Hamilton Group, Denise is a real estate agent licensed in Nevada and knows the Incline Village market and community intimately.
