William Raveis Luxury Properties

Dave’s vision for The Fite Group- William Raveis South Florida began forming early in his career.

At Northwestern University, Dave swam competitively while studying Economics and Computer Science. He added an MBA in Finance from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, and then made a big splash in the corporate world as Vice President of Investment Management at Goldman Sachs, Vice President of Real Estate Finance at Cendant Corporation and then as CFO of The Corcoran Group and as CFO of Prudential Douglas Elliman. These experiences taught him how he ultimately wanted to do business: prioritizing teamwork and technology, and with dedicated, hands-on management, fewer layers and no corporate constraints. Seeing the opportunity to fuse the best aspects of all his corporate experiences with the flexibility and personal attention that active ownership and management could bring, Fite moved his family south intent on winning in the Palm Beach real estate race.

An avid boater, Dave sees his role as that of captain of The Fite Group ship. He has created a lean, effective organization that is nimble and responsive to the needs of both clients and agents. On a daily basis, Dave actively supports our sales team and keeps tight control on the financials. And, across all our communities, Dave is consistently promoting our firm, our agents and our listings with a steadfast commitment to our Fite Group values.

Dave is active in our Palm Beach County community lending his leadership and support to range of local organizations, including Junior Achievement of the Palm Beaches, Quantum House, the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, the Loggerhead Marine Life Center to name a few. Dave and his wife Nadine are proud to be raising their two sons in Palm Beach, and to call this wonderful place home.
