Patricia Moroney's motto in life is “Carpe Diem.” She lives to make every moment count. This attitude translates into being a successful, approachable, and passionate real estate agent who works hard to assist her clients in achieving their real estate goals. Patricia’s unique style has propelled her to be one of the top producers among her peers at Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty. Patricia loves her work and extends her success and positive energy forward in her role as a Daniel Gale Sotheby’s Ambassador for The Masterpiece Collection, a carefully curated selection of their most distinguished properties.
After a successful career on Wall Street, Patricia eventually moved back home to Long Island to raise her family. In 2004, she discovered her love for real estate working at a small boutique firm, Deirdre O’Connell Real Estate. There she learned the importance of commitment and the level of service that is required to be sure each and every one of her clients receives the best possible attention, which has earned her the reputation as a trusted and well-respected realtor within the neighborhoods of Manhasset, Queens, and Westhampton.
A real estate specialist for new developments, Patricia’s work has included marketing and selling luxury residential properties in places like Little Neck and Bayside to her more recent project, The Bridges at Whitestone. With the executive team, Patricia helped create a strategic marketing plan for promoting this upscale neighborhood in the northwest corner of Queens. The sole realtor, Patricia managed to successfully sell custom homes along the East River since they began building in 2015. She enjoys the satisfaction that comes from a job well done, from the initial planning and marketing to listening to her clients’ needs and finding them just the right home.
The mother of five children, Patricia also spends a great deal of time with her family, going on trips upstate to take advantage of the great skiing, snowshoeing, and hiking, as well as heading into the city to check out the latest Broadway shows or cultural events, or even just staying around town to attend a SoulCycle class with her youngest daughter. A lifelong resident of Manhasset, Patricia is active in the local schools and community. She is currently an avid supporter of the Manhasset Women’s Coalition Against Breast Cancer and the Transplant Forum at New York Presbyterian Hospital.
