James is licensed Real Estate Salesperson who is passionate about real estate, home renovation, and landscape design and is excited to share his expertise and knowledge of the North Fork and Long Island with you. He was born and raised on Long Island and currently owns a home in Orient.James earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from James Madison University majoring in Computer Information Systems. He began his professional career working in Washington, D.C. as a Risk Management Consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers. James later worked as an Enforcement Analyst for FINRA and then as a Mortgage Lender in Alexandria, VA.He returned to New York in 2002 and began his career in real estate working for a small company renting and selling apartments in Forest Hills Queen while he completed his master's degree in Elementary Education. For the last 13 years James has worked in education as an elementary teacher and later, as an Assistant Principal.Throughout his professional career James remained active in real estate, buying and renovating multiple homes on the North Fork and in Queens. In this capacity, he was able to combine his passion for real estate, interior design, and landscape architecture.James splits his time between Manhattan and the North Fork with his husband Daniel and daughter Alexandra.
