Nancy’s past experience in the information technology industry has also contributed to her ability to use technology for research and analysis, as well as for marketing purposes. Nancy joined Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty in February 2016 after finding much success working in the industry. In 2013, while at Corcoran, Nancy won their North Fork Deal of the Year for her involvement in two of the highest residential sales in the area.Before embarking on her real estate career, Nancy co-owned and operated with her late husband one of the foremost bed and breakfasts in coastal Maine, which helped solidify in her a love of working with and serving people. Constantly looking to serve her community, she served as president of the local Chamber of Commerce during her 11 years in Bar Harbor, and was actively involved in statewide Innkeeper Associations at that time.But, a native Long Islander, Nancy returned in 2001 to where the majority of her family lives, and moved to Southold, which she associates with the laid back feel of Maine.
