Tracy Greenberg

As a 20 year resident of the Long Island?s North Shore, Tracy participates in many volunteer and leadership roles. She is active in the Cold Spring Harbor High School Booster Club which raises money for sports teams and scholarships, She serves as a member of Literary committee at the school and serves on the Board of Visitors at Hillyer College at the University of Hartford. Tracy is also active in Ocean Beach, Fire Island, having spent summers (there) since childhood. She is an active member of both Woodbury Jewish Center and Fire Island Synagogue. Tracy lived in Laurel Hollow for nine years and currently resides in Cold Spring Harbor. Having recently sold and purchased in the area has provided her with in depth knowledge of the local market and an understanding of your real estate needs.
