Anna Michailidis

Anna Michailidis is an Associate Broker who has over 15 years of experience in real estate sales on the North Shore. Her distinctive marketing techniques, combined with many years of experience as an Interior Designer, allow her to meet the unique and diverse requirements of her clients and customers. Over multiple transactions, Anna has been instrumental in the negotiation process. Working with buyers and sellers affords her key insights into handling both sides of a transaction. Anna's vast knowledge of the home construction process enables her to work with customers to help them understand renovation possibilities and assist customers from the architectural planning phase to the completed product. Her design capabilities also allow her to stage and showcase her client's home in order to maximize the sale potential. Whether buying, selling or designing a home, she provides her clients with personal service in a professional manner. As a community member, Anna has been a devoted and active volunteer for the Star Legacy Foundation. It raises awareness for Still Birth, provides funds for research and lends support for families who are dealing with this loss- a cause near and dear to her heart. Additionally, Anna and her daughter were an integral part in creating the NY Chapter of the Foundation. Over the years, Anna was an active volunteer at the Don Monti Foundation, a well-recognized establishment in cancer research and fund contributor to Manhasset's North Shore University Hospital as well as the Cold Spring Laboratories. She also served on its Board of Directors. Anna is enthusiastic and is known in the community and the industry for her honesty and integrity, qualities which have helped her successfully negotiate deals for her clients. Anna and her husband raised their family in Manhasset and living in the community for close to 30 years, she brings extensive knowledge of this area as well as surrounding communities. Both of her children graduated from Manhassset High School and went on to Columbia University. Her daughter is an Orthodontist living in Port Washington with her family. Her son practices law in Manhattan.
