I'm so glad Laura was my agent when buying my home. She is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and always available. She also genuinely cared about me and what was in my best interest, unlike the previous realtors I'd dealt with. Even two months after I closed on the house, Laura still kept in touch and went to bat for me when dealing with my home warranty company. I am very grateful for her and highly recommend her.
Laura was there every step of the way with helping me find my first home and has still been helpful with anything I have needed after closing. She absolutely cared about me finding the right place and wasn't pushy or anything. I'd definitely recommend Laura for a first home purchase and plan on using her if I ever need a realtor again in the future.
Laura is amazing to work with. She started out by providing a well-researched market analysis for my current home and spent time with me making sure that I understood the current market, buying/selling process, interest rates, and answered any questions I had. After getting an idea of what I was looking for she took us to multiple showings and submitted the offer. She also listed and sold my current home and made sure that the timelines for the sale and purchase lined up so the process was seamless. She was efficient and responded to requests in a timely manner. Her negotiation skills were very helpful in dealing with the buyer and seller's agents. She also followed up with me after I moved in to make sure everything was going well. This is the second house I've sold with Laura and the second house I've bought with her and there is no doubt in my mind who I will go to for any future real estate needs!
