The choice to live in the Vail Valley is deliberate. The glorious Rocky Mountains, where the outdoors beckon in all seasons. Our passion for these mountains and this valley drive our dedication to lead you to a life you love. Because buying or selling a home is about more than real estate. It’s life.
THE SEABURY GROUP
Originally from New York, Doug knew the life he wanted to live was in the Rocky Mountains. A resident of the state since 1999, and a licensed real estate agent since 2004, Doug is keenly aware of the unique qualities that distinguish and drive the real estate market in Vail and surrounding areas.
His penchant for research and analytics along with his capacity to relate to and astutely advise clients—from those looking to relocate to Colorado, to those eager to make a winning investment—contribute to the fact that Doug is among the area’s top producers. His honest, straight forward approach stems from the fact that he is a New Yorker at heart and tells it like it is. This results in lasting relationships and record outcomes for his repeat and referral clientele.
Exceptional customer service is paramount to Doug’s success. His team of highly-seasoned real estate professionals are dedicated to providing personalized service to every client regardless of price. They take great pride in the relationships they build and work relentlessly on each client’s behalf to help them achieve their real estate goals.
Together, Doug and Erin live happily in Eagle-Vail and are the proud parents of two children. The Seabury’s keep active in the community and strongly believe in giving back. They have sponsored the Cycle Effect for years, a group that empowers young women through mountain biking to achieve brighter futures and stronger communities. Thanks to his resolve, Doug is living the promise he made to himself, and he’s ready to help you honor yours.
A native of Chicago's North Shore, Erin's athleticism drove her to put down roots in Colorado. As a resident of the state since 1995, Erin has indulged her passion for sports – downhill and Nordic skiing, mountain biking, running – while making a name for herself as the founder and owner of Everyday Outfitters in Eagle, one of the valley's most successful fashion boutiques.
Moving her family up-valley to Eagle-Vail in 2016 meant selling her business, and this presented her with an opportunity to pursue her interest in residential real estate. Truth be told, she’s been in sales for over 25 years and loves translating her passion for homes and marketing into exceptional outcomes for her clients. Erin knows that buying or selling a house begins with a conversation about needs, interests, ambitions, and dreams. And she knows how to turn a conversation into results, achieved under the best possible conditions.
As a resident, parent, athlete, and volunteer, Erin is well acquainted with valley architecture, local governance, community services, schools, and cultural events. Her curiosity, cultural savvy, and business acumen are characteristics guaranteed to work in your favor.
