Client References April, 2014 Dear John, I guess it's been a month since I moved happily into my new apartment. I can only wish you as much happiness as I'm experiencing in my new life that you had a part in facilitating. When you first came to my door in the midst of a surprise "changing of the guards," I was concerned and anxious to feel like I was floating out there with the most important sale of my life and a complete stranger to snap up my remains of the day. Looking back at that turning point, I must say, in meeting you, my anxiety began to abate quite soon. I gave you the house tour with an overload of architectural, spiritual, aesthetic and lifestyle detail that would have crossed the eyes of most. Your sharp attentiveness and reflections to me on what you observed delighted me only second to the way you imparted the language of my home to potential buyers when you gave the tour - even remembering things I might have forgotten in the rush. You did it all with such class and aplomb; really born to represent the Luxury homes for which Laffey Fine Homes is known. Your well spoken and elegant demeanor brings the Laffey trademark some of its best marketing. Luxury is your fit!!! In working with me, you were always prompt to respond and humble to my suggestions. What a joy for me to deal with someone who really understood my thoughts and ideas and brought forward those "Private by invitation and phone call" brokers open house events beyond my expectations! Thank you for taking my listing and putting the class and love in handling the details. You made me feel like I was your only client.
