Sandy Lezon

For the past 30 years, Sandy Lezon has been working in real estate helping people and enjoying every minute. Buying or selling a home is an emotional process that can be very stressful. The goal is reduce that stress through educating her clients about the process, using her experience to aid them in the transaction, and being a great communicator. Also, listening and reading into what they actually desire comes from being a teacher. Another important factor is doing the work to save the client’s time.

The fourth-generation Ipswich native admits that real estate allows her to indulge in another favorite past-time: meeting people and showing off her home town. “I like Ipswich—it’s a great little town,” says Sandy, “and the North Shore is a wonderful place to work and to live.” Thanks to 35 years of teaching in public education, varsity coaching, supervising future teachers and acting director of Elementary Physical Education she knows a great deal about the Communities of the North Shore. She trained and worked part-time and eventually full time at Century 21 Ipswich Bay.

She always learning from her experiences, continuing education and working full time with some great agents at J. Barrett & Company for the past 7 years. Real Estate is always changing and with all the new technology it is exciting to keep up.
