Ken's past experience in sales and business negotiation helps to facilitate favorable deals representing buyers and sellers. He has experience working with investors in purchasing, renovating homes and creating a real estate portfolio. As a former successful business owner and now as a Real Estate Broker his focus is to provide the best possible client services.
Prior to real estate, Ken attended the University of Tennessee where he studied Mechanical Engineering. Shortly after Ken started a Process Controls Automation Company based out of Knoxville that would eventually bring him to Birmingham in 1995 to expand his business. After arriving in Birmingham, Ken started investing in Real Estate and when his engineering company was purchased it allowed for an easy transition as a local Real Estate Broker.
