Robb Simmens

Robb moved to Vero Beach in 1991 from Plantation, Fl. He attended St. Edwards and then the University of Florida where he earned a degree in Finance. After graduation, Robb obtained his residential contractors license and worked for six years as a project manager for a national builder in Tampa. Robb then moved back to Vero, where he supervised barrier island luxury custom homes. He worked closely with the homeowners, designers, and all trades involved throughout the custom construction. From there, Robb decided to pursue the sales side of the industry. Robb's knowledge of the detail and construction of each home provides a strong comfort level to his buyers and sellers.
