Hailing from a navy family that lived in 6 different states across the US, much of the time spent in Jacksonville, Florida, Scott Robbins knows the stress and complexity involved in the sale and purchase of a home. An associate broker for Summit Sotheby’s International Realty, he serves the greater Salt Lake Valley, including Park City, Deer Valley, Snowbird/Alta, and Sundance. Scott also serves as a Director for the Salt Lake Board of Realtors, and will take the role as the board’s President in 2019.
After graduating from Centre College in Danville, Kentucky with a double major in Government and History, he headed west to work in the hospitality industry at world-class resorts like Sun Valley Lodge, Sundance Ski Resort and Solitude Ski Resort. It was during this phase that he developed the necessary skills for exceeding his customers’ expectations, whether they were long-standing luxury resort clients or one-time visitors. After ten years in the industry Scott decided he needed a change, and became a full-time real estate agent for Coldwell Banker. The skills and experience he has acquired over the years has served him well. Scott went on to become the top 10 CB agent in Utah and was ranked in the top 2% nationally. He continues to experience tremendous success in his work as a realtor, consistently selling well over forty properties a year.
Scott works hard to be a strong advocate for his clients, finding solutions to any problems that may arise during the negotiation process. A Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), he loves the art of the close and never leaves money on the table. Scott also prides himself on having a good reputation among his peers.
Residing in Salt Lake City, Scott is married with four very active and amazing children. When he’s not closing a real estate deal, you can find him trekking around the stunning natural beauty of the surrounding mountains, enjoying all of the year-round activities there is to offer.
