A native of Greenwich, Connecticut, Georgia moved to Denver after brief stints in Boston and Santa Fe. She has lived in 6 downtown lofts and a single family home in Curtis Park since calling Denver her home in 1994. “Living and working downtown gives me insight into the real vibe of different buildings, streets and pockets of the city”. Georgia began her Real Estate career in 2005 and has always felt like finding the right home is not just about four walls and a checklist. As someone who is ensconced in the heart of the city, she knows that the neighborhood is just as important as the home. Different areas have different personalities. There are so many fantastic neighborhoods in Denver and she finds it gratifying to help people find the one that is best suited for them.
Whether she is working with a first time home buyer or a seasoned real estate investor, Georgia approaches each client with the same level of concierge service and enthusiasm that has friends, colleagues and clients referring her time and again.
Georgia also has a background in Interior Design. Her design resume includes several homes, a restaurant, a health club and the Celebrity Lounge at the Screen Actors Guild Awards(SAG Awards). Her clients find it extremely helpful to brainstorm design ideas and ways to improve their home to add value.
In addition to her work in Real Estate, she strongly believes in giving back to the community. She has been a corporate donor and volunteer for New Genesis Transitional Homeless Shelter, was an active member of the Junior League of Denver for five years, served on the Board of Culture Haus at the Denver Art Museum for three years, has volunteered and co-chaired events at the Museum of Contemporary Art and has also been involved with charity events for the Children’s Museum of Denver and other non-profit organizations.
