Daniel Rascon directs the operational activities of Golden Palm Properties. As such, he leads our strategic initiatives, oversees new development, and handles the client relation aspects of the corporation.
Daniel has served on numerous Boards of Directors and Industry Advisory Committees including the Young Professional Organization, Chief Petty Officer Scholarship foundation and an active member of Home’s of Hope where he builds houses for impoverished families in third world countries.
Prior to joining Golden Palm Properties, Daniel was the Director of Operations for the highest producing team at Douglas Elliman where he managed over $100 million in transactions annually. For the 6 years prior, he was an active salesperson that has completed over 300 transactions and $200 million in sales volume.
He has a B.S. in Economics from the University of California, San Diego and a Masters of Real Estate from Georgetown University.
Along with his professional and academic endeavors, Daniel dedicates the majority of his time building homes for impoverish families and also leading the board of directors for a non profit organization that has raised over $1 million in funds for youth scholarships.
