As a member of a family with deep roots in Houston’s history, Lexi Sakowitz has loved the city all of her life. Lexi’s extensive, personal knowledge of Houston’s traditional neighborhoods, coupled with her innate understanding of what makes Houston - and Houstonians - tick, serve as invaluable assets to her clients.
Lexi possesses an exceptionally wide-ranging background in the entertainment industry. As a producer and casting director for more than 40 reality-based television shows in Los Angeles, she learned to work well with a variety of personalities within an extremely fast-paced, ever-changing work environment. “I focused, listened, and determined how to best provide the client with what they needed,” Lexi says.
“As a Realtor, I first ask my clients what they are looking for in a home and what is most important to them. Through this process, I’m able to identify their needs and figure out which properties best meet their criteria.” Lexi says. “Each client is different and each property has unique attributes. It’s fun matching a home with the right buyer. Finding the right property for my clients to call ‘home’ is very important to me. I am committed to complement the lifestyle needs of all my clients.”
A “problem-solving mindset” and a “can-do attitude” make Lexi the Realtor of choice for a growing network of loyal clients. “I am passionate about making my clients happy, and keen on communicating honestly and often to keep everyone informed as each chapter of the process unfolds. I am always conscious that purchasing or selling a home is one of the greatest life decisions most people make.”
Lexi grew up in the River Oaks and Oak Estates neighborhoods. A graduate of The Kinkaid School, she earned a bachelor of fine arts in film production from Chapman University in California. When not working, she volunteers for many of The Kinkaid School’s alumni activities and with the school’s Young Professionals Organization. She is a regular in Soul Cycle classes, loves to run in Memorial Park with her dog, enjoys discovering new restaurants, and spends as much time as possible with her family and friends.
