Corey Preston is a consummate businesswoman, entrepreneur and lover of the creative arts. A licensed agent with the international luxury real estate brokerage Sotheby's, she represents high net worth real estate clients across the residential, investment and developer markets in both Manhattan and Park City, Utah. She uses her vast background in business development, marketing, contract negotiation and customer service to match her clients with the perfect property or buyer in two of the most active first and second home markets in the country.
Prior to real estate, Corey had an extensive career in the fashion modeling industry where she began as a model, rising to her eventual executive position of Director of Business Development for Wilhelmina Modeling Agency. There, she developed and expanded clientele, and built and managed the agency brand. She oversaw website design and social media as well as conceived of and produced two successful fashion television shows with Viacom networks. Before that, Corey served as Creative Director of the agency, overseeing all creative design used to promote the company and talent.
Before agency life, Corey founded and ran her own company, Inkworks Design and Print which advised on and produced high end marketing materials including advertising, photography printed books, catalogues, brochures, etc. for high end modeling agencies, luxury real estate and lifestyle organizations.
She is a graduate of Boston University where she received a BA.
The daughter of a self-employed mother in the international travel industry in New York and a father who made his living as painter, writer and philosopher of western indigenous people and ideas, Corey's upbringing was steeped in the creative arts and cultures beyond classic Americana. She continues to enjoy the West where she spends half her time enjoying high mountain living balanced with the creative energy and lifestyle of New York City.
Corey brings her experience and creative edge to the marketing of luxury homes across all types of media, both locally and globally and she uses her communication skills and understanding of the luxury mindset to meet each of her clients' unique, personal needs.
