He spends every summer in the community and he has or does currently own property in Mantoloking, Bay Head and Bay Point Harbour. He has a commercial property in the heart of Bay Head and is working to create an atmosphere that is additive to the community.
Perhaps more important than his thorough knowledge of the geography of Bay Head, Mantoloking, Bay Point and surrounding areas, is the fact that he has known many resident families of these communities for two and three generations. This together with his knowledge of newer members of the community will serve you well, whether buying or selling.
If you are still reading here is some more background: Jon spent 20+ years at the helm of a manufacturing business before selling it in 2007. He succeeded by reinventing product lines and balancing staff to keep the business competitive. Concurrent with the business sale was a rezoning and redevelopment of the industrial plant site. This project helped to set the stage for real estate as his next career.
For more than 10 years Jon has been licensed Rea estate professional. His primary focus is the barrier beach communities of New Jersey.
