Shanna began her real estate career in 2009 and very quickly established significant sales and an outstanding reputation throughout Metro-Atlanta. As the number one agent company-wide in 2015 for number of homes sold at her previous firm, it is impressive to see how effortlessly she translates her passion for this business into providing extraordinary expertise and service to her clients. She is known for taking a hands-on approach from day one and getting to know her clients on a personal level, to innately understand their short and long-term goals. Then she utilizes her skillset and background in outside sales to problem solve and find solutions. Taking a comprehensive approach in all aspects of the sale, including pricing and marketing strategies, contract negotiations, inspections and appraisal valuations. Shanna enjoys working with a wide variety of clients, from multimillion-dollar homeowners to first-time buyers, specializing in the areas of Buckhead, Brookhaven, East Cobb, Intown neighborhoods, Sandy Springs, Smyrna, Virginia Highland and West Midtown. She began her professional career as an outside business to business sales person for Synergis, an IT staffing and professional services company. A resident of Buckhead and graduate of the University of Georgia, Shanna has strong ties to the Atlanta community through the Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta – Friends Group, the UGA Alumni Association and as a Business Partnership Leader for Atlanta Classical Academy. Shanna begins every weekday by working out at 5 a.m. and enjoys spending time with her husband, Bill, and their three children, Katie (8 years old), William (6 years old), and Charlie (2 years old).
